Appointment wait time pathetic. You schedule for 3:00 and the soonest they see you is 4:00. Nurses show absolutely no interest. Desk help hopeless and EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY. Doctors are obviously overworked. NEVER get a live person on the phone. "You will be called back by end of day" is an absolute joke. I still have never been called back. If you need something or someone you have to drive to the clinic to get any results. Looking for doctors in Lynchburg now. I'd rather drive an hour and a half than wait in that rude waiting room.
We just moved to the area. The earliest I could get an appointment with a primary care doctor is September. Six flipping months! The walk in clinic is no better, and you can only see a PA, not an MD.
terrible, incompetent, very backwatered. These are some of the words to describe this clinic. One of their providers, a "doctor" King is not board certified or did residency. To be clear folks, this is like an individual graduating medical school practicing on you. I would think twice before going here.
