Not a professional business in any type of way. I submitted a quote request to this company on their website two weeks ago and never received a phone call or email back. Communication is how you keep your business flowing and also how you gain customer. So, if that can't be done, you'll fail every time. If the area I requested a quote for isn't covered under this company, then have the deceny to tell me via email if it's too much of a confrontation to call me and explain. Better yet post it on your website.
Not a professional business. The owner had to eat breakfast at 9:05am before he would help a customer. Get a clue, eat before you open. Down right nasty to my young son of 6 who was just standing there next to me. Unacceptable behavior from a grown man. If I could give a negative star I would. I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with this company or their other business; rentals or storage facility. I'm sure glad your not my agent!
