Lousy pizza. Long waits on deliveries, sometimes over an hour. Manager doesn't seem to care about complaints.
I don't take the time to do a review often because there are not many places that really impress me. Papa Johns in SoBo VA is great. Their pizza is always good and fresh and hot. They have only made one mistake on an order of mine in the last 6 years and was VERY quick to make it right. Above all, their customer service is top notch , which becomes increasingly important to me the older I get. Thank you Papa Johns for locally 6 years of pleasant business, and I look forward to many more. Keep up the great work.
Received helpful and great service. Pizza is always hot. They have made a mistake before, however, more than make up for it, who’s perfect anyway? Defiantly would recommend this Papa John’s for a quick hot meal.
Pizza was hot but the manager was very rude. I received what I didn't order and it wasn't much of a big deal just wanted what I ordered. Instead of just fixing the problem he was mean and nasty. I didn't get nasty at all because it wasn't that serious.
