It is rare that I experience that poor a level of service - and it left me very irritated and offended. I will not be returning any time soon - frankly I'd rather drive 45 minutes to Danville than put up with that again.
Tonight, my wife and I came into the store to pick up a few items from the makeup counter. We went straight to the counter upon entering the store and noticed three workers at a neighboring counter having a conversation. They saw us, but continued their conversation, and then all three disappeared to another part of the store, leaving the area completely unattended!

I shopped here in the evening on two occasions recently, once before Christmas and the other this evening. While the store is quite clean and fairly well laid out, I am only giving the store one star because the customer service at this location is aggressively terrible!
