They don't check their shelves to make sure they get everything back after somebody brings things back. My husband got a radio for my truck and when he took it out the box there was no wire harness in there to hook the radio up to the hook up to my truck for the radio. They also do not check the oil filter boxes either. I went to look at a oil filter and noticed in the box that it wasnt the one they had advertised on the box and somebody switched out a expensive oil filter with a cheap one and put the expensive oil filter in the cheap oil filter box and only paid three dollars for that instead of paying the $6 for the expensive oil filter. So they don't check anything at that store. That is why we don't shop there that much and we shop else where.
The store was an uncomfortable temperature. I was hot and I heard several others say they were too, so it wasn't just me. Several items I normally buy were not in stock. Shelves were poorly stocked and in a big disarray. Finally got most of what I needed to get and went to the register for self check out. Just about finished with my purchase and place product on to weight. The machine messed up saying the money part of the machine wasn't functioning properly and it locked up. The cashier there to help called customer service to come help. After about 10 minutes the girl said she could ring me up or I could continue to wait. I didn't want to have to take everything back out of the bags to rering. I asked her was any one coming. Her reply was yes and I told you I would ring you up, they have other things to do and are busy. Another 5 minutes before customer service shows up. She never even speaks to me or looks at me. I tried to tell her that I had not even finished ringing my stuff when this happened, I was trying to ring up produce. She never acknowledged I was there, she locks the door back on the machine and leaves. I finished everything but the produce. It wouldn't ring it up this time either. So before it messes up, I choose to finish and pay. Then I have to go to another register to ring my produce. Poor customer service! Poor management!
Don't have what your looking for half the time, needs to have more registers open during busy times, and some staff needs to be more knowledgeable in their department.
With a little determination and time you can usually find any and everything you're looking for. Unfortunately, you will not receive much help in doing so as the customer service is poor. Prices are fair and competitive. Overall, this Walmart is a place to find whatever it is you need as long as you have plenty of time and even more patience.
This Walmart is on par with every other Walmart I've visited throughout the country.
