It was 8am 8/28 I ordered a biscuit & gravy to go. I saw through the drive through window a server scooping the gravy with an ice cream scoop and was beating the scoop to get the gravy to come out. Ok to make it worse when I got to work opened the bag no container to eat it in just a biscuit and gravy in a covered cup. The gravy looked like leftover greasy drippings from a skillet.
Just left a minute ago but I wait over 10minutes to get my food...but an elderly 1 person behind me got his before I did...and when I finally did get my food...my country ham egg and cheese was missing the cheese...but I gotta admit...this place is my fav...maybe I should just stick with getting the fries from no one....
Two other trips there and both times at lunch my chicken thighs had been cut into half way up the bone. About a tablespoon of meat left. I know they dont cut the chicken but thry dont have to serve it that way. Done with this place
Terrible. Won't be going back. Employee rude and laughing when I placed my order
Very unsatisfied this morning with the service I got went through drive thru out of order a steak biscuit and a butter biscuit told me to drive down and wait waiting for 7 minutes then have to go inside and then had to wait another three minutes very very unhappy about that Bojangles Centerville poor service they need to do better
